Note: Effective April 1, 2008, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children will no longer perform case management duties on cases of children abducted from other Hague member countries to the United States. The Department of State's Office of Children's Issues is the primary contact for cases involving children abducted to the United States and children abducted from the United States.
