Implementation of the Agreement has been suspended by the Netherlands on 16 December
1982, see Trb. 1983, 8. On 1 October 1995, the suspension was revoked, see Trb. 1995,
259.
The Agreement was in force for the Netherlands Antilles from 01-04-2008 until 10-10-2010.
