With reference to Article 15(4) of the WIPO Treaty on Intellectual Property, Genetic Resources and Associated Traditional Knowledge, of May 24, 2024, in respect of the entry into force of the amendments to the Treaty adopted by the Assembly, the Republic of Peru declares that it will promptly initiate its respective internal procedures in order to accept the aforementioned amendments before they enter into force.
