The Czech Republic is to be considered as from 1 January 1993 a State having ratified the Convention and maintaining the declarations made by Czechoslovakia.

30-06-1995

By Note of 31 May 1995, received on 6 June 1995, the Embassy of the Czech Republic at The Hague informed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands of the withdrawal by the Czech Republic of the declaration pertaining to Article 43 made upon signature and ratification of the Convention.

Slovakia

19-01-1994

The Slovak Republic is to be considered as from 1 January 1993 a State having ratified the Convention and maintaining the declarations made by Czechoslovakia.
