Comment

On the basis of the provisional application of the Air Transport Agreement between the European Community and the United States of America (treaty number 011536) the exchange of notes is suspended as of 30 March 2008. As of 29 June 2020, this exchange of notes is replaced by that Air Transport Agreement, see article 22 in conjunction with Annex I, Part I, sub o of that Agreement.
