Comment

The provisions of the exchange of notes have been suspended as of 30 March 2008. As of 29 June 2020, the exchange of notes has been replaced by the Air Transport Agreement between the European Community and its Member States of the one part and the United States of America of the other part of 30 April 2007 (see article 22 in conjunction with Annex I, Part I, sub o of the latter Agreement).
