The Kingdom of the Netherlands declares that, for the European part of the Netherlands, under Article 30 of Annex IV of the ACP-EU Partnership Agreement, signed in Cotonou on 23 June 2000, and Article 34 of Annex V of Decision No 3/90 of the ACP-EEC Council of Ministers of 29 March 1990, the following authorities were designated for the recognition and enforcement of awards:
