Comment
In the letter of 9 May 2016 the United Kingdom overseas territory of Montserrat has declared, in accordance with article 11, paragraph 2 of the Convention, with reference to the repeal of Council Directive 2003/48/EEC of 3 June 2003 on taxation of savings income in the form of interest payment (PbEU 2003, L 157), that the Convention has been suspended from 9 May 2016.
