Estonia

On the basis of Articles 2 and 3 of Annex A of the Convention the ATA carnet may be used in case of the following customs procedures:
- the temporary import of goods with the obligation on re-export in an unchanged form;
- the temporary export of goods with the obligation of re-import in an unchanged form;
- the customs transit of goods.
On the basis of Article 18 paragraph 1 of Annex A of the Convention the ATA carnet shall not be accepted by sending goods by post.
