Pursuant to Article 10 (a) (b) and (c) no temporary importation of motor vehicles is allowed without a Customs document or security and temporary admission may be allowed for a period, continuous or not, of 6 months in every period of 12 months. Motor vehicles lost or stolen during the course of temporary importation are liable to import duties and taxes. A Customs document and security may be required with regards to the temporary importation of aircraft and pleasure boats.

Moldova

Poland

Article 2, subparagraph (a), in accordance with Article 10, subparagraph (a) :
The motor road vehicles for commercial use shall be granted temporary admission only in cases of use of the vehicle by a person established or resident outside the customs territory of Poland, who in the same time is authorized to use the procedure under Polish legislation.
Article 6, in accordance with Article 10, subparagraph (b) :
According to Polish legislation, in definite cases, the production of a Customs document or provision of security can be required in respect of motor road vehicles for commercial use and means of transport for private use.
Article 9, paragraph 2, in accordance with Article 10, subparagraph (c) :
The time limit for exportation of means of transport for private use lapses on the day of leaving the customs territory of Poland.
